The partnership has developed 4 micro learning modules to support HR staff working in SMEs to analyse and diagnose training needs and to provide tailored training based on gaps identified thanks to the CLAIM model. Topics covered concern technological innovation and its impact on work processes and the need for emerging digital and green skills and the use of AI based technological support in HR management.

Now that you have studied, letโ€™s see how you do when faced with a new situation in the office. 2 edu-games in the form of narrative branching scenarios have been developed that allow you to put into practice your new skills and see the consequences of decisions and actions you take. The first is about the competence-based HR management approach, the second regards HR management for business transformation.
