The Beta Version of the CLAIM Model is an advanced competence-based framework designed to help European SMEs address the challenges of digital transformation, sustainability, and internationalization.

The Beta Version marks the transition from conceptual design to real-world application, placing skills, people, and innovation at the center of sustainable growth and European competitiveness.

It moves away from generic training toward a structured, data-driven and personalised methodology: mapping and monitoring competences at both individual and organisational levels, identifying gaps, and designing targeted learning pathways aligned with business strategies.

The model replaces generic training with a structured, data-driven, and personalised methodology for skills development. It enables mapping and monitoring of competences at individual and organisational levels, identifies skills gaps, and designs targeted learning pathways aligned with business strategies.

Artificial Intelligence Integration (TaiLENT)

Through the TaiLENT platform, AI analyses self-assessment data, monitors skills evolution over time, and anticipates future competence needs. Machine learning and generative AI produce personalised training recommendations, enabling SMEs to adopt proactive workforce development strategies.

Evaluation System

Skills assessment operates on two levels — macro (aggregated overview) and micro (individual detail) — covering four domains: digital, green, entrepreneurial, and transversal, with proficiency levels ranging from basic to highly specialised.
